The ranch was established in 1998 as a horse boarding facility, but it has since expanded to accommodate overnight guests as well.
Despite being so close to our state’s largest city, the sprawling, 85-acre getaway feels like a whole different world.
You can also spend the night under a sky full of stars in a traditional teepee. Each one comfortably accommodates six, and there’s a nearby firepit where you can make s’mores and tell ghost stories.
From a huge treehouse and several other playgrounds to outdoor movies and a game room, boredom isn’t even in the realm of possibility.
You’ll see deer, goats, pigs, ducks, rabbits, and chickens, all of whom are eager to make your acquaintance.
There’s also a full-size rodeo arena if your family happens to be involved in horseback riding!
